Body odor is a persistent and irritating problem to handle. Body odor occurs due to the action of bacteria on our sweat. Sweat although is odorless but bacteria reacting on it produces a bad smell. We try to our best to overcome body odor and bad breath by using many refreshing perfumes, scents, toothpastes, deodorants, colognes, and many different sprays.
Our skin represents what we eat. Improper diet causes slow and thereafter massive build-up of toxins in the body. Our liver has then to work overtime to secrete many digestive enzymes to flush out excessive toxins.
I maintain a balance between two major factors of providing ideal nutrition for my body and lowering bacteria on my skin.
