I have had problems dealing with body odor, but I was able to tackle the problem by first analyzing the reason for excessive sweating. Both men and women have two types of sweat lands, eccrine and apocrine glands.

Bacteria present on the body breaks down this sweat into its chemical components and this is what causes a foul odor. If you do not bathe regularly or wear dirty clothes, you will have a bad smell about you.
